Self-love completely changed my life
Emotional fallout and the result of physical injuries changed my perception of who I was. After not loving myself much anyway, the feelings of self hatred and low self esteem grew. One day I decided to change all of that. It wasn't easy, but day by day I came to realise that there was more to life that hating myself.
That when I loved myself, there was so much more I could achieve.
When I learned to love myself, as you will, I came to know that because it is possible for me, it is possible for you.
Self-love is the biggest and best tool I know for creating a better life. Letting go of toxic habits and people has been liberating. Changing the way I eat because I love myself has given me endless energy and peace of mind - I am healthier than I have ever been.
